Granny's gone and done it again

I have a ring that tracks my sleep. There are watches that do it too.
While I was in recovery Monday Ma was watching me sleep and watching the monitor for my pulse rate, bp, and breaths per minute. I was having episodes of sleep apnea then. She woke me up several times to get my breathing started again. As long as I stay on this CPAP I don't need a ring thing to track with but it does sound convenient. If it only had a little pulse of low wattage electric power that would ignite the breathing during sleep day or night that would really be nice.

I'm going outside and see if I can get the feed out of the van and into the bucket and from there to all the coops. Then out to the muscadines where we are planting the cole crops. High winds here today so I can't cut out the holes in the ground cover for the plants until tomorrow when the wind will be very low. BBAD. (be back after dark).

I am down to needing only one cane most of the time and a pain pill only occasionally, maybe once a day and then only if I do too much, like yesterday. GC was gone all day snd that scares me in case I fall. We talked about it and she has agreed to try to be home for me. She has a new bf. I'm making a new batch of CINNAMON rolls today, but they don't require me to be on my feet much.

My recipe only calls for ¼ c sugar in the dough... and ½ c brown sugar in the rolls. Made 15 rolls today, so I don't think that's too much sugar per roll. Of course if you eat 8 or 10 rolls (like I did over the course of 3 days, lol) it does tend to add up. I promise to exercise more temperence and self control this time.

I think it was the first sugar I've eaten in over a year. I went a little nuts, lol.

:popSay what now?
We used Dearborn heaters a lot in my life. They can burn natural gas or propane, depending on how they're set up. Just make sure it's set for what you're burning. We always kept a window cracked open about an inch to let a little fresh air in. I always enjoyed backing up to one.
