Lol. Twist said... it's from a song. Billy Joe jumped off the bridge, the implication is that he, er, did it on purpose and didn't survive. So Twist showed a pic of the bridge and pointed out that the man jumping must have been pretty dumb not to have survived that, as it looks like the bridge is only a couple feet above the water. There is a line in the song saying that Billy Joe "never had a lick of sense," so I just quoted that.
