RBG has been feeling off for the last couple days. she started pooping this green, dry poops and is not eating as much. she is not her normal self. not laying eggs right now. abdomen feels fine. eyes are clear. I started her on a antibiotic today after reading on here that green poop, not from eating greens, is a bacterial infection. My Evelyn who was 8 months old died two days ago from EYP and bacterial e coli infection. she was laying eggs. RBG is not pecking around like her sisters. she's not herself. Has anyone seen this type poop before and the cause? I will bring a fecal in monday, but results wont be available until 4 days from now. RBG is also coming off of a molt. Can she be mourning her baby sister as well? therefore, not eating much? I did clean feeders and waters and roost, nesting boxes with vinegar just in case.

they are all on kalmbach all flock 20 % protein. mealworms and seeds before bed. organic cracked corn in the morning because its in the 30's in the morning. oyster shell on the side. no one else has this type of poop in the group.
I read today green poop may be from eating a good amount of seeds. She doesn't have diarrhea. I gave her some nutridench orally and seemed to of perked her up.

Sounds like she's not completely done molting.

It's good that she's perking up by giving Nutri-Drench. I'd see that she's eating her normal feed, drinking well and continue with the PND for a few days.

Not sure what antibiotic you started but if you only gave one dose, then I'd hold off on that and see if she continues to improve without it.
