I put one of those dumb step counters on my phone about a hour after getting to work this morning.
We'll see how that goes. How many steps is a productive day?

It depends. Like Muddy said, 10,000 is the base but my sister gets over 20,000 a day because she works at a GM plant. My other sister barely gets 7,000 a day because she stands behind her desk but doesn't walk much

We have it better here today. 62° predicted high and chance of rain this afternoon.
That's not bad though.

I installed this out of curiosity but to also maybe convince myself that I do too much.
Less is more, right? I think I read that somewhere. I think I could do less. I will strive to do less.
