Guinea Fowl, male or female?

So I’ve been calling my Guinea Fowl “she” since she was a keet just because she has been raised with my layer hens. Lol
Now she, who is named Temperance (Tempy) is 21 weeks old and I have no idea if she is in fact a she or not. She is very quiet for a guinea I’m thinking because she is the only guinea fowl I have, so I can’t tell by her sound. I originally bought two keets but unfortunately I lost my other one when they were still very young.

Guinea fowl hens have a two syllable 'buck wheat' sound whereas males screech. Do a Google search on 'guinea fowl vocalizations'.
