You should take a video with her squawking and chittering. It would be interesting to hear. Is it between chicken and guinea? Do the others understand her?

I couldn't tell you if the others understand her, but like me they probably can at least surmise some of it from body language. You should take a video with her squawking and chittering. It would be interesting to hear. Is it between chicken and guinea? Do the others understand her?
I'm so sorry for your loss. It sounds like you took great care of her and she lived a wonderful life.I couldn't bring myself to write this post last week, but unfortunately we lost Ember on November 4th, just shy of 1 year 5 months. I'm guessing it was her heart - she was perfectly fine during the day, nothing unusual. But when I went to lock everyone in for the night she was lifeless on her back at the bottom of the stairs leading to the upper level (she normally roosted on the upper platform of the stairs). She was in great body condition, no water belly. I'm really saddened to have lost my girl
