Hamburg thread!

About 6 months now.

I think a golden spangled hamburg is a good guess as to breed.

Quality representations aren't all that common, so the lack of white earlobes doesn't bother me.

And also, I must say I have never paid attention to when/at what age those develop

This is a picture of our cockerel when he was just a little guy, about 17 weeks or so and his were already well into developing.


This is him now at 27 weeks, big difference.

We've been trying to take pictures at least once a week to document changes, sometimes it seems like they happen daily!

Could very well be a golden hamburg! He is still in his scrawny stages.so I take back my earlyer comment. I believe he is a hamburg!

Thanks guys! When we got him, we found him stuck under the horse barn, so we just kept him as a pet since then. We really know nothing about him, except he is a boy, 6 months old, and a golden hamburg. I guess that's a lot!
