Hard boiled golden egg!

Here is a recipe to make golden eggs! I cant wait to try it but need some panty hose.

You need
Egg
Panty hose

Take egg and place inside panty hose leg, preferably center. twist panty hose until it i twisted right up to egg and release! Spin the egg several times via this method, about five times. the inside of the egg should get pretty shook up. Then all you need to do is boil your egg as long as you like, open and enjoy your golden egg!!

What does spinning it do to the egg?

I cant find the recipe site that I saw it from, but they showed how spinning it really quickly like that breaks the yolk sac and mixes it with the egg white
