Has anyone ordered coops/runs from Chicken Condos?

I ordered a coop and run combo a little over a month ago and yesterday the first parts started to arrive but they were damaged in shipping. Now I am waiting to hear when replacement parts will be sent and hopeful there is no problem replacing them. The process is slow and kind of frustrating but I guess it is partially because of COVID issues that everything is delayed. Really anxious to get my chickens outside in their big girl coop soon. If anyone has purchased through them, can you share your experiences? Were you ultimately happy with your coop? How hard was assembly? Anything other experiences?

Well, the fact that they say a 4x4 coop can house 12-14 chickens is a big red flashing sign.

They look like a distributor of many different brands.

The coop I bought should be okay for my 7 hens since I had already checked the specs on the manufacturer's site. I was going to buy it somewhere else but needed a run and I saw that they make custom runs to fit the coops so I ended up buying the whole thing through them. I just hope it all works out because it's taken so long. I really wanted to build something myself but too many things are closed around me that I couldn't get the supplies or borrow tools from someone until things opened back up. Was hoping this would be a faster option but it's not turning out that way.

Not sure which coop you purchased but all of the ones I see on there are not big enough for 7. They can fit a maximum of 4 and that's pushing it

Well if anyone else is wondering about this company who finds this thread later, I still haven't received confirmation that the damaged parts of the run have been re-shipped and I was just told this morning that the coop is now back-ordered and will be 4-6 weeks. It's the large Snap Lock and I am aware that it is back-ordered by the manufacturer now but when I ordered it in early April, it was still available through several places. I asked why they didn't order it then since I paid for it then and was told they typically don't order the coop until the day before the run and other parts are ready to ship because they usually ship next day. Obviously not the case now.

So I am waiting to hear back from them and not impressed. Tempted to just ask for a refund and cancel the whole thing except that I really like the run they build and I have most of the parts already as well as the 3 damaged ones. Well, that and I have 7 chickens that really need a place to live and I am worried that no one is going to be able to get me something any faster with all the delays and backorders.

Still wondering if anyone else has any personal experience with them but I also wanted to update in case someone finds this post later and is wondering about them.
