Hi everybody! I’m new on here and have 7 chickens (4 adults, a Belgian d’uccle (Ara) gold laced Hamburg (Esmay) a silver duckwing welsummer (Maple) and a isa brown (Captain marvel) and 3 babies which are all mine, Tawny (unsure of her breed) Tempest (Austra white I’m pretty sure) and Squall (an australorp who is pretty sick rn, which is why I joined ) all my chooks are very sweet and I love spending time with them and look forward to talking with people who feel the same! :>

Welcome. I feel the same as you. My chickens are not only pets, they are members of my family. I have several disabled chickens as well. There are many here that feel the same way. You are in good company.
