Help--Bulge on turkeys neck?

Can anyone help me figure out what this large lump is on the side of my turkeys neck? It seems to be getting bigger /firmer and today is really stuck out. He is eating and drinking normally . The bulge is firm but squishy almost feels like a cyst? I wasn't sure if it could be food stuck but it does not break apart when lightly squeezed.

Feel it to determine whether it is solid or air filled.

Turkeys can get air leakage that when really bad can swell the whole head area like a balloon. The solution is to lance it and let the air release. A slightly jagged cut is better than a needle hole as a needle hole can heal too quickly.

It is a solid ball it feels like and when I squeezed it kept the ball form. It moves as he's swallowing& panting(hot&humid today-&he's a huge boy lol) I tried to look with my head lamp when I push it up it just raises his tongue so I'm thinking some sort of mass? I looked at pictures I took of him 2 weeks ago &it is not noticeable.
