What kind of waterer are you using, that they keep dumping it? I wonder if mold could be an issue.

It’s one of the common ones from tractor supply. Can’t be mold because I am always changing out the shavings and keeping everything dry.

Most of us recommend one of these, they are pretty stable.

One poster suggested setting it in a rubber tub with shavings so it doesn't soak so much of the brooder.

You can also give them some of the corid orally, to help get it in them quicker, until they start drinking on their own. Dosing and instructions for that are here:

If it's the liquid corid you will use it straight/undiluted for the oral, and you give once a day for up to 3 days in addition to the medicated water. If you are changing water often you can make a gallon of the drinking water, put the rest in the refrigerator til ready to use.

I have this type! I elevated it to limited shavings and poop entering but my marans love to fly and sit on top even though I have other roosting options

You can double the amount of Corid you are using to 5 ml per quart. The quart waterers are easily toppled over when they fly up on them, or when they get low. I prefer a sturdy gallon waterer and try to keep it half full. This one is good:
