I just notice one of my 5-7 day old bantams has poop that looks like chocolate pudding that just started today. No pasty butt, but I can see the vent seems to be constantly working...should I be concerned and keep an eye on her, or is this something that need attention right away?? What should I do, or what do I need to correct this problem?

They shouldn't be stressed at all, nothing has changed in the brooder over the last 3 days and their in the spare bedroom with the door closed so no one can bother them. They all get along really well, sleep and play fine.

mine will do it if one of the dogs barks a little loud or if they get spooked they've done it when i've come in and they've been asleep

Thanks Gritsar

Ah, yes, the poop chart, famous on here, I opened the thread to see whether anyone had posted it yet. Has saved many a chicky momma some sleepless nights.
