Help! Treating pasty butt gone wrong!

I got a couple of photos now so any ideas would be much appreciated. I gave him another bath with Epsom salts and got him to drink a little bit of coconut oil along with some water and I saw him eating earlier so I'm not sure what to do now. Looks like a prolapse from what I can tell. Is the chick pooping?

Keep the exposed tissue covered with ointment or oil so it doesn't dry out.

Offer the chick wet mushy feed and make sure they are staying hydrated.
