Help! Chicken pecking around the top of it's tail.

I have a pullet that is pecking at the top of it's tail, pulling out featgers and becoming more and more bloody. Not sure what caused it and what to do. It is difficult to wrap it with vet wrap. Is there something to put on it to make her stop wanting to peck it?

It might, of she's first. Check for impacted feathers as well

Can you identify her preen/oil gland, and see if she is pecking at that? Is it swollen or red?

Possibly? Is that where it looks like she's pecking in these pictures? I sprayed blukote earlier, which is why it may be hard to see

I'm not sure, just look for any pimple like areas. There's a preen gland in that area too.
Lice are visible, 6 legged bugs, they kinda look like termites. Mites will look like moving dirt. Egg cases will be clumps at the base of feathers.
