It's possible this is Marek's disease, there is no treatment for that other than pallative/supportive care. If she doesn't make it then a necropsy is the best way to confirm if that is what it is and I would recommend you do that. Some birds can recover, many do not. Those that recover are carriers for life, and may have attacks in the future. Marek's is contagious so if that is what it is then your flock is considered a carrier. Some strains of Marek's are more virulent than others, meaning symptoms are more severe, they progress more rapidly, and the mortality is higher. There is also some possibility that it could be a vitamin deficiency, so you can supplement to see if you get any improvement. A human B complex tablet ground up in some food, some vitamin E and a bit of cooked egg for selenium. Vitamin deficiencies can cause some odd muscular and neurological symptoms sometimes. The vitamins won't hurt, but if it's Marek's then they won't help either. There are some other things that can cause similar symptoms, lymphoid leukosis, botulism, other toxins. The article below discusses those also.

You can use a chicken sling to help keep her upright and comfortable so she can reach food and water. Make sure she doesn't freak out and hurt herself.
