Hello and welcome to BYC!

Do you have a heat source for your chick?
Do you have just this one chick or are there more?
1.Yes,I have a jar of hot water, and the room that they are in is pretty warm.
2.i do have an another one,she is EXTREMELY protective and fast.

Can you post a picture of your set up and the chicks? Are they the same age?

I think that a jar of hot water might not be adequate for the chick at this young age.
In case you cannot provide a heat lamp or heating pad, perhaps use a hot-water bottle with some flannel covering so not to burn it. Change/reheat the water several times a day as it gets cooler.

They are the same age, here they are.
The chick next to the food plate is the one that isn't moving.

Is the plastic cover on top of the brooder set up or underneath?

Check your chick for pasty/clogged butt. There might be some poop stuck to the vent which would have to be removed frequently until the digestive problem is cleared up.

Make a tea: Oregano, sage, thyme, aniseed fennel. Let it steep for one hour and add a little honey or sugar to it. Use a dropper or straw to make the chick swallow one drop by holding the dropper/straw to the tip of the beak while holding it gently with your other hand, so the head will be held high.

Put a shallow dish with dry sand inside the brooder to help with digestion and
sprinkle some millet and fine oatmeal on the brooder floor and right in front of the chick to entice the picking instinct.

What is the temperature in your brooder set up?

It is important that you show the chick how to eat, meaning take a straw or your finger and continuously pick in the feed to emulate the mother hen showing their chicks how to eat. Don't give up and repeat every half hour for several minutes at a time.

But, to be able to react and eat, the chick needs to be at the right body temperature.
