You can try and give her more water. Although, I’m afraid in those photos she doesn’t look like she has long to live. :/ I’m very sorry, I hope I am wrong. You are a very good owner and obviously love your animals.

Hope you’re wrong.... though she get weaker and weaker....

This morning her crop is totally empty, I tried give her vitamin, youghurt, egg smash.. more water... her crop grow big again and she has runny poop again, very watery. Refuse to eat all the time by tilt her neck to one side... hardly standing there. She spilled the liquid food all over her chest and neck feather.... I put her in warm water, soak for 10 minuets and quickly wrap her with clean towel, then put her besides heater. It’s raining theses days, quite cold. I’m going out soon, hope her feather can complete dry then so I can put her back in the cage.

I’m so sorry about your hen. I don’t think she will survive much longer on her own. I would try tube feeding her until you figure out why she is ill. I would not get her wet again; she’s too sick.

Here is some tube feeding information:

I believe you need to start with luke warm water and hydrate her before you tube feed actual food.
Good luck.

My first thought with any sick lethargic chicken is Cocci. No matter how old. And it's many many times what it is. See if a round of Corid will do. Mix the water, and you can use a 3cc syring or dropper to give medicated liquid. You have to get the point of the syringe to the very back of the throat so they don't aspirate.

Thank you very much. Do you know why my hen is tilt her neck to one side? She is not doing well, yoghurt and vitamin is not enough for her
