HELP! New to quail no idea whats going on with this one

I need urgent advice regarding one of my quail. I noticed this on its underside as shown in the photos. The skin around it reminds me of the skin on a balut egg kind of rotten looking.

The bird is still eating and drinking looked healthy to me until I saw that.

Any help would be appreciated

She's suffered some type of injury and bruising.

I'd clean up all the wounds with Chlorhexidine or Povidone Iodine, then apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment to the wounds.

Keep her on clean dry bedding in a separate cage until she heals up.

Is she eating/drinking and moving about o.k.?
