Greetings, Yesterday I noticed she seemed off a bit. I thought I saw very slight head tremors. This morning the tremors seemed a bit worse. She came out of the coup this am very slowly then flew off halfway down the ramp, then fell over. She looks very unwell. I checked her crop it was empty. I also checked for egg binding seemed fine. Looked her all over seemed ok. I do know some of them have tape worms was getting ready to treat with zimectrin gold. I did not see any evidence of tapes in her poo. She has no interest in food or water. She was from Meyer Hatchery and was vaccinated for New Castle. Went out to give her some egg now she has a rye neck. I am afraid she is going to pass.

Hello, She is just short of a year old. No head trauma that I could see. Nothing moldy. I meant to say in the post she had been vaccinated Marecks disease.

Nothing toxic I give them fresh feed a couple times a day. I do usually add a little water to their feed they seem to like it that way. But I do not leave their food out over night, fresh the next am. She now has wrye neck part of the time and somewhat normal the rest of the time. She is weak and very wobbly. I haven`t been able to get her to eat or drink yet. Thinking about giving her either some nutri drench or probiotic vitamin water with a syringe.

Oh, her diet is a complete layer feed made locally by an Amish feed mill since 1936 it has a very good reputation

The Amish are not known for their good animal welfare. Is there a nutrition label? Can you get a picture?

Thanks, is this a whole grain feed or a pellet?
You can treat wry neck with vitamin therapy, get b complex tablets and vitamin e 400 i.u caps, give a third of a tablet and a whole cap every day for a few weeks. any brand from the grocery store.
You can also add chicken vitamins to their water.

Ground whole grain feed. I usually add probiotic vitamin water every other day. I will get these vitamins and administer them. Does the analysis look good to you? Thanks so much!
