Is Ivermectin recommended?

I've given her 0.4mL of cattle pour on Ivermectin today and I applied some Pestene to her yesterday (6th of April in Aus), I checked mid-day today and could find barely any mites on her or around her vent which was pleasing.

However, her ability to walk/stand hasn't improved. On the 5th she could barely walk/stand, on the 6th (shortly after when I made this thread) she lost the ability to stand properly (she rocks or tips over when she tries to stand). Today was the same as yesterday, still can't stand. She still isn't interested in raw or cooked beef or her regular feed, but she goes nuts for Livamol and also a Strawberry when I fed one to her. She didn't drink a lot today, only 1 or 2 sips.

Now that the mites have nearly been eliminated, I'm hoping she'll start to improve.

She's free of mites completely now but we also took her to the vet yesterday due to her inability to stand or walk. Turns out that it wasn't mites that was causing her inability to walk, but a bumblefoot infection that I thought I had fixed/treated back in Early-Mid February. Worst case scenario is that the infection has spread to her bone.

She's on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory now and she can stand statically but we'll see how the medicine goes before properly deciding on surgery. I just feel bad for her, like I failed her, but hopefully it's not too late and we can save her yet.
