A little less than a teaspoon should be enough for a cup of water. If you want to give her it in water, it has to be warm, like REALLY warm and a cup of water. If you want to give her it directly, just give her two or three drops into her beak.
Make sure to clean her eyes when you’re done giving it to her in her throat, not necessary in water.
Or just read the instructions... ;-;
IM REALLY BAD WITH WORDS IM SORRY FOR SO MANY EDITS***

Do you have any other hens you keep with her? Or is it just her?
Right now she is kept alone and her brother is not able to see her but they are kept next to each other. I am getting ready to move them to this new coop and they will now be able to see each other. They fight at night. My other chickens are kept kinda far away. They get to see each other when I let her run in the gated part of the yard.
