Hen in trouble! Help!

my poor lil 8 month old Sultan hen is suffering! Last week she laid 2 broken soft shelled eggs and today she sounds like she’s drowning when she breaths.she has not laid an egg in 5 days! She is very loved and I just don’t know what to do. We don’t have any vets near by and cannot find anyone to look at her. The temperature here is so hot I thought she was suffering from the heat so I have been Bringing in to sleep at night and also so I could keep an eye on her. I checked around her vent and did not notice anything unusual. What’s happening to my lil sweetie and what can I do to help her???? Thanks Backyard Family!
