Hen opening and closing mouth, looks sickly maybe gaping

She is improving but I’m starting to suspect that the problem is worms. Looking at the fenbendazole safeguard, which one should I get? I see one for goats and one for equine.
The liquid goat dewormer and equine paste are the same thing, one is paste, the other is liquid.
For me, I buy the liquid, it's more economical because I'm usually dosing more than one bird.

So, if you use the paste, how much per bird? And if you use the liquid, do you add it to the water? Thanks!
The dewormer is given orally by weight.

Post#5 has the dosing and instructions.
If you suspect that she has worms, then I'd deworm her with an anthelmintic like Fenbendazole (Safeguard) or Albendazole (Valbazen).
Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
---OR---
Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days

Here's how to give oral medications:
