Hen or Roo Black Copper Marans Edition 😁

Hey guys,
I have three Black Copper Marans and one BCM/RIR cross that are about 3 weeks old and I want to know your thoughts on what I have. I’ve read that BCM are pretty early showers of gender and I’m wondering if I have three boys…
Number 2 definitely looks like a cockerel to me but the more I look at them the more I can see cockerel qualities in all three! The BCM/RIR cross looks like a pullet but honestly I’m clueless. They are all straight run, I got them off Craigslist. He was the nicest gentleman you’ll ever meet, been breeding and selling chickens for 50 years. So without further ado, here they are…

They are sure cute but they all look the same to me as I am not very familiar with any breeds beyond a silkie.

So, since nobody was responding, yet, I went to see what I could find out. Here they're saying 4-6 weeks old. Maybe repost these in a couple of weeks.

My guess is #2 is a cockerel right now. I'm unsure on the other 2 BCMs just yet.
I think your correct... BCM/RIR mix looks like a pullet.

Mine I can sex between 2-3 weeks but Dad's got a comb...

So with three of them looking quite roo-ish, I decided to keep the cross and one cockerel and return two to the man I bought them from and switch them out for pullets. He gave me two older chickens that he knew for a fact were pullets. Here’s the cockerel I kept and the cross. she’s turning out to be very pretty. She hit a really ugly stage at three weeks where she was basically all pinfeathers.
