I’m super stressed , this one has crowed around 83o in the morning I have no idea how old or if it’s a hen or rooster, and I don’t like the idea I have to give pearl up. I live in the city where you can’t have roosters. Any ideas of age or hen or rooster? Thanks in advance!

Thank you. Now I’m really sad. I assumed I was getting girl from tractor supply. now I need a plan and should have had one prior. Do intake it back to them or try to find a farm. Any ideas. I’m pretty stupid for not having a plan.

It’s not stupid. You assumed you’d get all girls. As the store kinda promises. Not your fault. But their sexing is a bit crappy sometimes, and they love to mislabel things.
You could try a no-crow collar but those are considered pretty cruel to a lot of people. You could try to find him a good, happy home with a nice flock of girls and lots of space…or just settle for whoever is willing to take him.
