I hope you find this as interesting as I do!
I have some 10 week old chicks who are all starting to present as male, and this one is particularly cool to me.
One of his peer chicks ate the feathers off his back after one night of me forgetting to put their feeder back, so now I can see the new saddle feathers clearly without any obstruction. They're quite vivid!
