We had a small meatbird (that got on the wrong side of the fence ) with collard greens and a garden cucumber/tomato salad

I don't remember what the menu is tonight for a group function but it will be good as it always is. Maybe my wife will remember and I can add whatever it is with an edit when she is available.

We were served a chopped steak, baby lima beans, & mashed potatoes with a piece of cake for dessert.

bone in Chicken Wings, home fries and pan fried squash for the garden.

Seashell pasta with lean ground beef and red sauce, spinach with a cheese sauce. Ice cream later for dessert with nightly meds.

Leftovers to clean out before the weekend delights can be made.

We did tomato sauce all day 21 pints 16 quarts so went to Nacho's here in town.

Bite sized pieces of pork loin skillet browned and then simmered in mushroom soup. Once done it will be served over noodles. The sides will be sweet corn and broccoli. The sweet corn will be a type of skillet fried corn prepared in a cast iron skillet with butter and hot peppers.

Hold the one above for tomorrow night. We got home late and settled for a frozen dinner out of the freeze. I had a chicken and rice dinner with sweet and sour sauce.

Last night was digiorno and other junk
