Good to know! Didn’t really think they would change but I guess its normal teenager/growing things haha I bet that one pullet is stressed, the kids move fast even when we tell them not to. They have been gentle but they often fly out of their hands now that they canI would monitor to see the reaction of the chicks. You don't want them stressed.
The best way to interact with them is to sit with them and let them climb on you.

And all bets are off once the hormones start coursing through them. They may not outright fear you but will remain cautious as humans are predators and they are prey. Period.
I have a single hen that permits me to walk up to her and pick her up. Why? She is blind in one eye and has a bum leg. And she is aberrantly submissive. So she's just not quite right. But she is a little sweetie and I do go out of my way to protect and spoil her. To the point I am selling the 2 youngest pullets in my flock because I caught one bullying her and I just won't have it.
