Homemade Sourdough Duck Bread

Based on the title of your post I thought perhaps you were baking a loaf in the shape of a duck. Lol. :-D

I don't eat bread, so I have never offered it to my ducks. Now I'm curious. I'll have to bring home a slice from work and see what what happens.

I did take a few pieces of sourdough bread out of the freezer to give to those spoiled little Turkeys to see if they would be interested in it or not?

I woke them up from their afternoon siesta in the sun to give them their first sample of sourdough bread. The four chickens jumped all over it just to make sure the ducks didn't get any, but after that the majority of the ducks did eat some of it. So I am guessing they will eat more in the future as a treat.

Since I have never made Sourdough bread before, I would like to find others members who have to see if I can use my by-product from whole grain fermented feed to use for my ingredients?
