You've got to be from the extreme north, Oregon Blue.

In the South, which is the REAL world, Twinkies is a major food group.

Twinkies, brownies, donuts...major food group in the South. It's called

SWEETS.

I've even seen masked robbers go in a store after the snack-rack. Heck with
the register...we need Twinkies.

If this is the case....You know they won't be on sale. Never bought them unless I had a coupon or they were on sale. The price on them seemed to sky rocket over the past couple years. My kids love them, they freeze well and make some delicious desserts when added to recipes.
Maybe it's just a promotional hype to increase sales if their profits were down.
EVERYBODY go get those Twinkies.
My DD said Ding Dongs were included.....I can't say if that's accurate, I didn't see the broadcast.

my wife told me about it when we were at the store today........ But they were out of twinkies! you got to be kidding me. My dad, brother and I grew up eating nothing but twinkies...

That's like me never eating a hamburger, Big Mac, Quarter-Pounder, whatever they call it from McDonald! I have had plenty of Twinkies in my years though!!

I really did attend my cousins wife funeral where they were
serving pizza and pop during the service. Funeral was catered
by Little Ceasers Pizza. (gotta love the South)
