How do I stop the bullying!

I think one hen is being bullied.
I’ve never seen the other hens do it but this poor girl refuses to sleep in the coop she hides outside and we have to find her to put her in at night.
now today she was all bloody on her head. She hangs out in the group with them normally outside. I’m not sure what to do. I brought her inside to look at her head but I can’t tell what the bloods from must be just peck wounds?

You could have rodents doing this. do you see evidence of rodents? has she recently molted?
she also could have gotten hung up on something.

Shes definitely getting picked on. You could try getting Blu-Kote and spraying her crest, and making her a "hen-net" (like a hair net). Unfortunately crested chickens have a tendency to get bullied because their crest makes them look different to the other chickens.

I haven’t seen any rodents it’s possible though. But this hen is the only one that ever gets wounds it seems like and she will not sleep with the others.
mine of our other hens is going through a molt right now so maybe it is that time for her too. I can’t tell if she is her other feathers look good. I’ll check for evidence of rodents.

Yeah I figured it was the wild hair making her a target. It’s weird though she has a sister that’s identical to her that never gets picked on and always sleeps with the others. Chickens are weird.

We have a very mixed flock. Excuse my husbands butt lol.
but the 2 polish in the forefront there are so similar looking and onlyone gets bullied and won’t sleep inside. We have another polish too that’s all black and she doesn’t get bullied either.
