Then I seperate them from the flock depending in who it is and who is in each flock with a broodyOk so just leave her with the flock until they hatch, then what ?

Oh good to know, thank you do much!You do not want other hens to be able to add eggs. If you leave her with the flock mark her eggs and remove others daily. I place mine in a cage inside my coop so others can not add eggs. It is ok to completely separate while brooding if that works better. Hens often hide from the flock during brooding. (Hen and eggs can usually be moved) Make sure all eggs start at the same time. If you are not sure give her fresh eggs. This is important for hatch time. If one baby hatches earlier she could leave the rest behind.
