I'd say 3-4 months, they can start laying from 5-7 months usually.

when did your leghorns start laying?

I've had them start laying at 17 weeks but that is in the summer time. This time of year it will probably be closer to 20 weeks.

Nice catch. In the next photo at the bottom you can see it is still standing in the same spot next to the stick all puffed up.

You're right something is wrong with her leg she cant walk properly
