How to get a rooster to crow.

I'm trying to get a video of my rooster crowing. But he crows super randomly. He will stop for a day start back up the other day. Any Ideas?

Crow at him or play a recording of a real rooster crowing. He will instinctively want to answer the call, as if to say “you’re too close!!! Go away!!!” I used to make my rooster crow by playing him a recording of his own crowning

I've done that. Tortured him for 5 minutes playing a video. Yet nothing

Did you trying recording right when he gets out of the coop into day? Or right after he crows once...I find that with my roo he crows 3-4 times each

I'll try that tomorrow. I've mostly done it mid day. I moved him into the med coop closer to the house to hear if he would crow. Nothing. He has been there for the past three days. Moved him with the girls this afternoon mated yet nothing. Then moved him back
