I am concerned about the neck area and how my little friend has lost feathers. Only one in my flock that seams to be having this issue.

I got them from a local hatchery on October 5th
Presumably as day-old chicks?
My guess is all is fine and it is a juvenile molt and what you are seeing is new feathers coming in.
Hard to tell from the picture but I don’t see any wounds or irritation on the skin.
I assume behavior is normal - eating, pooping, bopping around?

Yes acting just fine. So I'm glad that I assumed that is was maybe the start of molting.

I love them at the juvenile molt stage - they always look so goofy!

Here are a couple of mine having notably bad hair days at about a month old. They go through several juvenile molts - I don’t remember when they all are.

Thanks all for the input. On the other side had a brain fart on when I got my chicks. It was September 14th. So they are a little older.
