I need help With my unmatched duckling. I had five eggs the first one to pip was over 24 hours ago. Since the other four all pipped and hatched.

So I had five eggs the first one picked over 24 hours ago. When I woke this morning, a different egg had hatched a normal healthy duckling. I went to work came home three more head hatched they are all healthy, drinking and eating however, the first egg that pipped still has not hatched. Can feel the duckling is alive. We did chip at the egg without harming membrane. I am concerned the membrane is getting dried out. Do we need to assist in the hatching?

Do I need to moisten the membrane some suggest warm water or coconut oil
