Odd she'd go broody before she's even laying eggs herself. I'd just take them out and see what she does. If she continues to stay in that nest for another day, then I guess she went broody.

Do you have oyster shell in a separate dish for the hens?

Eggs don't make a hen lay, but she may be trying to brood them.
