I have a very full incubator. For the 1st time in years, most of the eggs I set have hatched. There are 4 pipped still and 11 hatched chicks from late last night. So the oldest chick is 18 hours old. They don't have much room to move around. When they do move around, the poor pipped eggs get moved around too. Take the chicks out, or leave them in?

Take them out, but quickly so the humidity doesn't drop

I agree. Move them quick and the pipped eggs should be good. I usually incubate in my bathroom so if I have to open at lockdown I can run my shower on hot and make my bathroom humid.
