I'm planning to hatch chicks for sale for the first time soon.

Beautiful roos you have there! All of my roos have at least started trying as soon as their combs turned that bright red. Might take some time for them to gain reputation with their hens but as long as the hens have been laying for about a month, and your roos have been in there with them for another month I think you'll have success.
My Roos got red combs at five weeks
Yeah my roosters seem to get along decently with the hens, they’ll let them mate a couple times before getting annoyed

What kind of incubators have you tried? I know I've used one of those smaller ones that fit a dozen and they usually don't distribute heat evenly enough and/or have a hard time holding the humidity steady

I’ve just tried the nurture right 360, it seemed to hold temp and humidity ok, the first hatch the eggs were shipped and many had detached air cells, so I wasn’t expecting a great rate
But the second time I sort of picked the eggs up
(They still travelled for a while but with someone being careful with them)
I can’t afford one of those huge ones
I suspect the temp may need calibrating, because I think it was slightly too cold for the second hatch

This maticoopx 30 capacity incubator was only $120 on Amazon I think, it hasn't budged even 0.1 on temp or humidity the entire time and no humidity buildup on the lid.
