I'm so old I Remember when:

When PayTV first came here, I watched their very first movie, scrambled, because it was Star Wars. :lau
We had scrambled pay per view stuff but then channels like Cinemax would go scrambled late evening.
I knew friends that would set and watch a hour or two of scrambled movies just in hopes of getting a glimpse of a scrambled boo....
Nevermind, I'll go back to working now

I'm so old I remember Hurricane Donna. Hurricane Donna came right over us giving us both the sides of the eye wall. No school for two weeks. No electric. We had water and a gas range to cook with. I remember playing in the street when the big oaks started falling a few doors down. Mom made us come inside then.

I seem to recall an illegal box some people had that unscrambled the picture.

In the '70s my go to shampoo was called Herbal Essence by Clairol. And like most household or personal care items, it's not the same as what they offer for sale nowadays.

I'm so old I remember their commercials that were pretty "naughty"
