Yup. That is it exactly. I am glad I am not alone - it is an odd feeling to try and describe to others.
In clearing out the barn I found a sled/toboggan. It long predates me moving here. I never had one as a kid. So I am all excited that I can go tobogganing. Who am I kidding? I would almost certainly die.
Good thing we aren’t getting much snow here any more so I won’t have to face up to this issue. Last year I convinced myself it was the lack of snow that stopped me!

I'm so old I remember when the supermarkets didn't have any organic labels in their stores.... This was happening in my backyard so to speak... I lived within a very few miles of where it was taking place.
