I'm so old I Remember when:

Why wait if you want it now?
Mouse brown with grey and a purple streak sounds wonderfully colourful.
And if you prefer completely grey with one ore more purple streaks this is an option too.

Somehow this reminded me me watching an English comedy with Hyacinth (Bouquet) Bucket. Thought she had pink hair in one of the episodes. But I cant find it online.
Now Im starting to doubt my own hard drive /grey cells.
Im so old my memory gets mixed with fantasy.

I don’t remember an episode with pink hair but I only watched it sometimes.
You are right. I needn’t wait. Maybe for my birthday.

The front and top of my hair is now snow white. I've been thinking about a turquoise streak ...maybe turquoise and pink. Not screaming, just something small and subtle. but I shy away from anything that smacks of vanity ...

Opinions?
You and I are thinking along similar lines.

Sounds like my hair. If/when it's all grey, I'd like to do purple. Or my favorite pair, purple and turquoise.

I worked with several young women who dyed their hair green, pink, turquoise, blue, etc. I know what they had to do to their hair to do that: Strip all the natural color out, since you can't dye pink over nearly black, in one girl's case.

Not sure I want to subject my old hair to that. Yeah it grows out, but mine grows slowly.
I am thinking purple on the already white/colorless hair.

That's what I'd do, with some turquoise.

When the young ladies where I worked dyed their hair, eventually it would fade/wash out. Then they'd do it again, or over dye it with another color.

If I were to do this, I would definitely go to a salon and pay the $$$ to have it done right and well.

Yes. That is why I think it will be a birthday treat for myself.
I think I will do it!

I can remember when all the old women with white hair had a purple tinge to their hair.
