Impacted crop, sour crop, now feels inflated with air?

Is this normal for a sour crop to feel filled with air? It was impacted before, then it became sour, now I can barely even feel food in it, it just feels filled with air like a partially blown up balloon. I have tried EVERYTHING aside from monistat so I was going to try that now. Just wanting to make sure that this is a potential symptom of sour crop. @azygous you've helped me a lot through the last week - wanted to hear your thoughts?

Yeast gives off gas. So yes, gas can be a component of sour crop.
