Injured chicken…. Can I quarantine outside if protected from others?

Hi there. A day ago my young hen (about 20 weeks old) was attacked by an unknown predator while free ranging in our gated garden…. Possibly a hawk. She has a pretty bad open gouge wound on her side by her tail. I’ve given electrolytes, antibiotic spray and she is quarantining in the garage. My question is can she quarantine outdoors if she’s in a separate run and has her own smaller coop inside that run so that she can see and socialize with her flock? I worry about the cold when she’s by herself and can’t huddle (gets to 28-34 in the night and early morning). Maybe bring her back in at night? And if I continue to watch and spray antibiotic spray on the open wound, will it heal ok if she’s outdoors?

Can you post any pictures of the wound? I would clean it with saline or a wound spray, and apply plain Neosporin to it twice a day. The others may peck her if the pay see the red sound. I like to place an injured chicken inside a wire dog crate inside the coop where they remain part of the flock. If you can place her on the roost in the dark and then remove her before daylight, that might work.
