You are wonderful for helping her. Do you have antibiotics (oral), just in case you need them? I would not put the chick with the mom ever.

It looks better don’t worry. Are you planning on keeping the chick and raising it? Just curious. I think we’re all in love and invested in her now!I thought it looked a little better
I saw the mom yesterday with her two babies, those chicks look fine. I don't want to get close to her, she might attack me for taking her chick away
I was talking to my husband about it. I don't want to send her out thereIt looks better don’t worry. Are you planning on keeping the chick and raising it? Just curious. I think we’re all in love and invested in her now!

Well some people do keep house chickens, some because they just want to or some bc of a special needs chicken. But I will tell you, I kept a chicken inside for the last week or two of her life when she got sick and they can be a lot of work and mess. And that was a sick chicken who didn’t do much. It’s ultimately a personal choice, though As long as you can give her a good quality life and she isn’t lonely, it doesn’t matter what you choose to do.I was talking to my husband about it. I don't want to send her out there
I told him that we could get a big cage and keep her inside he said she's a chicken
I'm going to figure something out, I wouldn't be able to send her out.
That's how I ended up with four cats
