Have you tried podcasts/youtube videos? Sometimes I'll choose a video that's 2-4 hours long of something that interests me but not enough to stay awake to listen, turn the volume down really low so I can just barely make out words, lock my phone, put on my eye mask, and get comfy. If I'm lucky I'll drift off within an hour.I have gotten in the habit of letting shows play in the background, too exciting , they keep me up, too boring, I get distracted, but just regular shows in the background help me not concentrate on the discomfort I am feeling, but don’t get me hyped up, so they kind of put me to sleep, hubby says it is totally wrong cos of the blue light, but I can’t read very long ( I used to) cos of my hands/shoulders, music doesn’t distract me enough, so right now that is the only thing that works for me, also, when I wake up, if I am lucky, I go to sleep on my own, if not, I just let another show run, and it makes me sleepy most of the time ..
