I love her coloring.

Wow they are growing fast...don't seem like it's been that long. Onyx of course is gorgeous

Just snapped a few of a couple of the 8 week old boys I think are standing out from Betty. So odd not seeing copper.
Head spot is on the right, little guy on the left is slightly bigger in mass.

There's one from Angel I need to get some pics from that's looking nice also.

Here's my only pullet from Joannie 16 weeks... The last pic Harmony is with her on right.

And one of the mossy pullets from Betty...the 2 of the 3 that are mossy both have these darker eyes.

I like that I'm getting more complete hackles, also. Kong has definitely helped in that department.

That’s a true looking copper color. The eyes are interesting. It looks like there is a light ring around the black almost like the pupils are dilated. Has she possibly ingested LSD?

Thanks...I'm noticing it only in the mossy pullets, and unsure if there's a correlation directly involved.
My first experience here with this, so I don't know the genetics term, is this 'marbled eyes' or ....?

I need to get individual pics on all 5 pullets to get a decision on keepers, but still waiting on eggs regardless.

I do think I'm going to re home the 2 cockerels and these 2 or 3 mossy pullets.Their over coloring I don't need and with 10 more growing out, I see no reason to continue watching them.

10+however many umpteen hatch under your broodies! You've got plenty to choose from
