When it comes to incubation, it's best to use new equipment, use 2 thermometers, (the one on the machine and 1 inside next to the eggs. This thermometer inside should measure humidity as well. Welcome aboard!

I’ve got reptile ones. They were about £5 each as I have a hygrometer as well to measure humidity.

I’m curious what type of incubator is it?

it looks like this, not sure its working so great now on day 22 think I will look out for a Brinsea one. I want the mini advance one its the perfect size and I've heard its reliable.

I thought flappy ham sounded so funny but it really does look like a bit of roasted ham lol
