Is 66% Humidity okay for lockdown?

Hello everyone. I’m incubating eggs for the first time ever and my eggs are due to hatch in 2 days. I had put 16 eggs in the incubator. 8 were infertile, 2 were found to be double yolkers (discarded before incubation) and 2 others weirdly passed at day 14 and 16. So I’m left with 5 and the last time I checked before lockdown, all were alive and moving. For most of the incubation their humidity was 45-50% (temperature has been a constant 100°f) at lockdown I can only get it as high as 66% humidity and I’m paranoid that it’s not enough humidity for hatching. I’ve only seen one egg rocking so far and I’m paranoid about the others since I haven’t seen rocking yet. I don’t want to open the incubator or mess with anything at all because of how crucial the last few days are - to be stable for them. Is 66% humidity okay?

Thank you both! I’m just paranoid because it’s my first time incubating eggs and I’ve been worried since losing 2 late on during the incubating process for no obvious reason 🥲 I’ve been so excited for their hatch day
Just wanted to share that I’ve had 2 hatch today so far and another breaking through right now. A day earlier than expected. So happy though
